When the Laptop Closes

Things I do outside of work that shape how I lead, collaborate, and recharge.

Sports were my first real leadership training. I learned how to stay composed under pressure, communicate with purpose, and show up for others, day in and day out. That foundation continues to shape how I operate as a teammate and a leader. And while I’ve swapped cleats for season tickets, I’m still showing up for the game after hours as a diehard NY Liberty fan.

Trained to Lead

Pottery is my favorite way to slow down and reset. It’s taught me patience, precision, and how to embrace imperfection because even the wobbliest pieces can turn out to be beautiful with a little intention. That mindset follows me into my work: staying calm under pressure, trusting process over perfection, and knowing when to push forward or start fresh.
